people I ran into shared a common theme. This area is tough to
afford for many people. There are many "Help Wanted" signs in
windows. Who is in control to pay the people enough money to be
able to afford to live in a place? What happens when enough people
can't afford to live in a place? What happens when a collective
moves to the same general area?
